Fuddhist Approved

Guilt-Free Nutella Treat!

guilt-free dessert saves waistline

In the world of health and wellness, sweets and treats are usually frowned upon. Well, what if I tell you that this tempting recipe is not only 100% Fuddhist approved, but also courtesy of my beautiful bodybuilder sister, Natalia. ♥

No one watches what they eat more than those competing on a consistent basis. My sister has always had a knack for all things sweet and that is how Natavisco Kitchen was born. She has worked tirelessly on reshaping and perfecting her trusted guilt-free dessert recipes so that even those competing won’t feel an ounce of guilt if they indulge every so often. Natalia uses quality ingredients and goes out of her way to create delicious delicacies that leave you feeling satiated and guilt-free. There’s no one I’d trust more with my sweet tooth.

Go ahead, take a bite and smile. Your waistline is still intact! 🙂

A note from Natavisco Kitchen:

*People who frequently cook meals at home eat healthier and consume fewer calories than those who cook less. Obesity is an escalating public health problem that contributes to other serious health issues, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. The evidence shows people who cook at home eat a more healthy diet. Moving forward, it’s important to educate the public about the benefits of cooking at home. Identify strategies that encourage and enable more cooking at home. And help everyone, regardless of how much they cook to make healthier choices.
